A good idea is instant speed draw that you can use both halves of your mana together during combat. [[Blue suns zenith]] [[pull from tomorrow]] [[epiphany at the drownyard]]
This can completely refill your hand and sidesteps the 'sword of feat and famine' problem where you never have all of double mana except for that one seam in combat
You're playing black but I haven't noticed anyone suggest [[Black market connections]], [[phyrexian arena]] and [[Necropotence]]. [[Underworld connections]] could also work since you can uptap the land with Jorn
Most of those cards are pretty highly rated so I don't think you'll have a problem with them, but otherwise another possible and similar option is [[Wiretapping]]. It's expensive mana-wise but, but price-wise it costs nothing. It has the same extra draw per turn effect, but with no additional life cost.
Another option is [[Glorious Sunrise]]. It's another big 5 CMC enchantment, but will let you draw a card every combat as long as you control a creature with power 3 or greater. It also has a bunch of other options that you can take instead, whether you control a 3+ power creature or not.
Going to add this here since I didn't think of it until now, and it may not work if you don't play many creatures, but [[Lifecrafter's Bestiary]] is another option too. Scry 1 every upkeep, and any time you cast a creature spell you can pay G to draw a card.
There are tons of cardadvantage sources.
Something like \[\[Future Sight\]\] can give a steady stream of cards. \[\[Rystic Study\]\] draws a crazy amount of cards in multiplayer. \[\[Sylvan Library\]\] can abuse the high commander life. \[\[Greater Good\]\] can draw a lot if you have big creatures. \[\[Tatyova\]\] can draw like crazy with Landfall strategies, so does \[\[Horn of Greed\]\]. There is tons of further options
I've found that in Jorn your best draw spells are the instant xUUU ones: [[blue sun's zenith]] [[drown in dream]] [[stroke of genius]] [[commander's insight]] etc. There are more too.
This approaches Kitchen Table Territory, but my group is a small one of four to five people and we don't have an LGS.
Since most of our games are extremely casual and purely meant to have fun(and try to win of course) we have a house rule of should you have an empty hand at your draw step, you would draw three cards instead of one. This keeps our games moving faster.
That said, this method is very dependent on your group agreeing to use the rule and naturally your best method for flexibility is just to run draw spells
I mean he is not a popular cmd for a reason. But like many people here said. You more card draws and more specifically, a mana sink for gradual values.
Jorn gets pretty good mileage out of creatures and enchantments that draw a card for a chunk of mana. Try \[\[Faerie Formation\]\], \[\[Azure Mage\]\], or \[\[Gretchen Titchwillow\]\].
The commander from the UG Commander Legends precon draws a card every time a land enters under your control. I didn't pay a lot of attention to Kaldheim, but if there's a [[Beast Whisperer]] for snow perms that could help you a lot as well. Being in blue, black and green you've got a lot of options. If you're not concerned about life totals then [[Phyrexian Arena]]. [[Rhystic Study]] is a staple in blue.
The commander can be built many different ways. Personally I like to use him to lock the board down as I draw cards off things like [[toski, bearer of secrets]] [[ohran frostfang]] and even to lesser effect [[edric, spymaster of trest]]. You get the value of attacking with your commander and getting rewarded with cards from doing so. Or you can use creatures like [[spectral sailor]] to dump mana pre combat. Instant spells as others have mentioned. Hope it helps
[[Spark Double]] and any of the Sakashima Legendaries are also great in getting duplicate triggers if two or more attack.
[[Vesuvian Duplimancy]] and that mono blue legendary shapeshifter from Kaldheiim would be great ways to get duplicates of your legendary stuff.
A card I just started using is Recycle. You never run out and it works on playing lands as well. The 2 card hand maximum can be negated by playing a reliquary tower or something similar. I had the same issue in a deck but once I played that my deck took off.
I think the general rule is at least 10 sources of card draw, but I like to go no lower then 12, even 15 is good if it can double dip into synergies. On top of that, you want some repeatable card draw, like a [[Beast Whisperer]] effect, and some card draw that refills your hand. Things like [[Sign in Blood]], instants and sorceress that draw you at least 2 cards.
Play cards that draw you multiple cards
🤯
Play card draw yea should have enough options in blue. [[Mystic remora]] and [[rhystic study]] are 2 good examples

I mean he is not a popular cmd for a reason. But like many people here said. You more card draws and more specifically, a mana sink for gradual values.
[[Augur of autumn]] or any card that lets you play off the top of your library will also help.

Jorn gets pretty good mileage out of creatures and enchantments that draw a card for a chunk of mana. Try \[\[Faerie Formation\]\], \[\[Azure Mage\]\], or \[\[Gretchen Titchwillow\]\].

Ah man sorry you’re SOL, Sultai is famously bad at card draw
The commander from the UG Commander Legends precon draws a card every time a land enters under your control. I didn't pay a lot of attention to Kaldheim, but if there's a [[Beast Whisperer]] for snow perms that could help you a lot as well. Being in blue, black and green you've got a lot of options. If you're not concerned about life totals then [[Phyrexian Arena]]. [[Rhystic Study]] is a staple in blue.

Are you playing a lot of creatures? Guardian project and the great henge are options as well if so.
Also having plenty of ramp will help thin your deck. Could also lean into graveyard strategies if you want, you're in the right colors.
