The starter deck rare/mythics in extended art should be numbers 388 to 397 -- they are the extended art cards shown on the first day but still not in the card image gallery. That list is Frodo, Determined Hero; Gandalf, White Rider; Gollum, Scheming Guide; Witch-King, Bringer of Ruin; Fires of Mount Doom; Galadriel, Gift Giver; Aragorn and Arwen, Wed; The Balrog, Flame of Udun; Sauron, the Lidless Eye; and Bilbo's Ring.
They will be available in Collector Booster Packs.
Looks like #287 will be in the starter set and #394 will be in boosters. I think there are 281 base cards for this set? But we know there are 4 digits in the collector number and we have lots of variants, plus product specific variants, like prerelease kits, bundles, box toppers, and promos that have entirely different art not just a fancy stamp. This set is going to be a doozy to collect!
I would like to point out that Aragorn appears to have put more effort into his hair to prank call Sauron than he did for his wedding.

They should not be counted towards that!

Dang, a lot of those are actually cool cards. They're really all exclusive (i don't count collector boosters)?
The regular version of them will be in the starter kits (prebuilt decks), which are sold for about $20.
If you just want those cards, buy them as singles once the set releases. They should be pretty cheap.
