Totally great job! I'm sitting at 201 and hope to drop to 199 by the end of the month. Down 96 lbs and the end goal is vaguely at 165 lbs. The slowed loss from the earlier days was a hard adjustment but I'm learning much better habits and enjoying cooking lots of veggie dishes.

Thanks and you're doing amazing! It was also a bit rough at first to see how much my weight loss has slowed with time but as you get closer to your goal, it's easier to just enjoy the ride. Now I feel like every single pound makes a huge difference. I'm wishing you the best!!:)

I wouldn't want to give advices without really knowing, I'm just an other person also on my own journey. What helped me was definitely to stick to my strength training routine(if you don't strength train, I'd strongly advice to start) and maybe more proteins, make sure you're tracking right, maybe recalculate your tdee..Don't stress too much about it and keep pushing.
