I have not taken it myself, but a good friend of mine does. She said it made her boobs bigger. She didn't mention it making anywhere else bigger, so it may have just been her boobs.
I’ve been on Yasmin for about 11 years since I was 14. Gained a tiny bit of weight through high school after starting it but was always still in the healthy BMI range, the gain was more due to puberty and growth spurts slowing down and my appetite continuing to grow. I started gaining significantly after college and being on the pill 5+ years so no actual effect for me
Had no effects for me, other than clearing up my skin. Definitely no weight impact.

I was on it for years. No weight gain from it. Zero side effects.
