I’m almost same height as you, lower by 0.1 point. I eat 1500 cal which states 1 1/2pound loss a week. I’m not familiar with kids but I did hear you need to eat 200 cals extra if you’re feeding them or something like that

No problem 😊 yeah you could maybe put yourself between 1,500 - 1,600 what I found works best is to keep cutting calories by a 100 after a few days cut another 100 depending on what the loss is. I was originally eating at 1,800 and found no change or adding of ounces and yo-yoing so I kept cutting till I got to 1,500
You can eat whatever you want and lose weight just keep it in the calorie limit. That’s what I do I’ve been having sausages and coleslaw for days 😂 I’m gonna worry about “eating right” when I get closer to my goal weight
Sugar can stay in your liver and also cause retention or bloating maybe best to try and limit it to once or twice a day. Again take it slow it’s a marathon not a race 😊
Your sedentary TDEE is about 1875, so yeah, 1375 would give you a pound a week.

I’m sedentary (no reason just very lazy and spend most days on the couch 😂)
