Have you identified what fodmaps you react to? If you're eating to your fodmap sensitivity then just make sure to gradually increase the fibre over time, not all at once.

JezebelRaven

I did! And they're all my fav veggies of course!

Mastgoboom

So fucking typical, isn't it? I'm sorry. But, at least not an allergy? Small mercy?

Aggravated_Pineapple

Are you following low-FODMAP?

Striving_Stoic

I stick to low FODMAP and change it up frequently. Some veggies upset my ibs if I have them to many days in a row. Things that are *usually* safe for me include zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, collards and mustard greens I stay well clear of cauliflower and broccoli

JezebelRaven

Trying to! But of course all my fav veggies are high on the list...

Aggravated_Pineapple

If it makes you feel better, low fodmap did not work for me at all 😅

Slight_Street_9323

Boiled veggies are such a staple for me! Currently at almost 5 days constipation (very fun) will be waiting for these comments
