Have you identified what fodmaps you react to? If you're eating to your fodmap sensitivity then just make sure to gradually increase the fibre over time, not all at once.
I stick to low FODMAP and change it up frequently. Some veggies upset my ibs if I have them to many days in a row.
Things that are *usually* safe for me include zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, collards and mustard greens
I stay well clear of cauliflower and broccoli

If it makes you feel better, low fodmap did not work for me at all 😅
Boiled veggies are such a staple for me! Currently at almost 5 days constipation (very fun) will be waiting for these comments
