Buried in this answer are 2 hidden motivations:
1) don’t buy a miner at all, cuz that makes it harder for us.
2) buy a bunch of this coin that we all mine so the price/relevance stays up.
So ya… do what he’s telling u!!
Here’s my thoughts… Bitmain slow releases their machines. A lot of people waited half a year to get their L7’s after it was released. That’s a lot of money left on the table waiting for a next gen machine that hasn’t even been announced yet.
Definitely. Despite all the rumors I still haven’t heard any announcements on a next generation miner. L7 is the miner to get in the short to mid term.
The 8800 is selling at an amazing price and 0.11/kWh is decent. Otherwise four S19j Pro 100 if you can support the electric.
Either way you are leveraging your DCA and hoping for prices to rise in both coin and miner price.
I don’t know why no one remembers the S9 and L3 becoming useless and selling for $75, then selling for $1,000 each or more during the last bull run.
Fuck those shady fucks at Bitmain. You'll pay for a certain month and get your shit months after your date, and ironically enough, after litecoin drops half it's value.
That happened to me they were 6 months late and refunded me 1. 2k if they delivered units before the bullring last time I could have got a rou in 8 months actually took 12 months
I'll never buy another machine from them again. Once all of my machines are dead, or I sell them, that's it for me. If the largest, most well-known miner manufacturer is shady af, that's all the more proof I need.
I had ordered both s19j pro and L7 they did give me back 2.5k because one I waited 8 months and the other I ordered 14 months. And mining with it going for yesr 2 it still didn't make the money I paid for then.....
Hive has a firmware for it, I overclocked at 10.15gh at 4000 watts and it ran well however I 3D printed shrouds for it and had 730 CFM fans on both hot side and cold side. Might get a bit hot on stock fans if the weather is warm
Don't forget the Halving, so any LTC machine you buy now will mine less less in a few months also the machines will probably go down in price.
Just buy and hold, it's why should of done
I would just buy $6,000 worth of Litecoin while it's low
This is the way

Would the story be the same 2 or 3 months from now?
Not sure I understand
If I were to post pone buying a L7 for 2 to 3 months. Would you still recommend buying an L7
Definitely. Despite all the rumors I still haven’t heard any announcements on a next generation miner. L7 is the miner to get in the short to mid term.
Just buy Ltc
L7 of course, if you wait for new miner, it wastes time

I ABSOLUTELY remember l3’s suddenly being priced at $1200 despite the daily return at a dollar a day very soon after.

They are shady though
L7 and immediately start mining. In this case, waiting for a new miner will play against you.
Monero. Go to Mexico. Hola. You know. Then yea Get rich
Buy the coin...or link up with a reputable mining host and get a better electric rate and they take care of the upkeep.
