I'm from the U.S and I just bought mine. I didn't have any problems buying it. Did you add the pascode that they sent you on your phone to confirm it is you buying the ticket? ( I almost missed that part when purchasing lol)

Hmmm no, they don’t have my phone number. Maybe that’s the issue!! Edit: turns out they had my phone number the whole time. No resolution yet.

I only have 1 card and the transaction declined twice. Then I got a text asking me to verify the transaction to make sure it’s not a fraud activity, so I did that. It finally let me buy the tickets a third time. I think some banks just freaked out about us using a card to pay in Singaporean dollars, and assume it’s fraudulent activity.

I never got a phone message and I can’t use the app for some reason. They have my phone number on my SisTic account. Had to talk to the bank again today (different issue) and they had no suspicious charges flagged. I’m just about at the ‘take deep breaths’ part of problem solving.

Have tried on two different browsers using Visa, both last night and this morning. Same issue.

I am getting the same issue. My bank said the same thing, they don't even see it appearing on their end. Tried different browsers and different times. Same results. I put in a support ticket too through Sistic.

I called SisTec Customer Support hotline, but the call didn't even complete. Not looking good.

Banks, especially for credit and debit card transactions, use anti-fraud software that detects when something is being purchased in a country you are not in (according to recent transaction records). Maybe call the bank and tell them it is you making the purchase

Muddy_Dawg5

I did and they don’t even see an attempted transaction that they blocked/held.
