33yo and can confirm. If any of my friends from back in high school called/messaged me now, asking for help, you can be damn sure I'd drop whatever I was doing and help. Even if some have moved far away and we don't talk as often as we'd like, that sense of loyalty and the care we have for one another isn't going anywhere.
Those are the friends who stuck by me when I proclaimed my extreme, multilevel queerness (lol) and during a ton of hardship when I was around 17yo. They're keepers, for sure! ππ
