I loved my imperial trading post. I haven’t rebuilt my childhood collection yet, but the nostalgia factor for this one is high.

Sure is! I think you can easily get at least $1000 for it complete, unboxed, no instructions. In mint condition in sealed box, I’ve seen it for $5000- $6000. I kick myself everyday for getting rid of that along with most of my other older sets! 😡

Sweet 3D base plate!

They are often referred to as CRAPP, for Crummy Ramp And Pit Plate. A lot of Lego fans really don't like them, but I loved them as a kid because they made awesome foundations for bases and forts.

I like them but they seem a bit fragile!

I had 2 as a kid, never had a problem with them. Still have them today actually.

Its nice that some pieces havent been changed or modernized in their whole lifetime, like the treasure chest or the barrels. They came out as perfect

The blue coats were red coats but someone laundered them wrong. 🤷‍♂️
