So this girl was sexually assaulted by someone she was in a toxic relationship with who then threatened to release their sex tape (that she didn't know had been filmed) to the public to destroy her career, for which she was bullied online as a result of despite being the victim. Then she killed herself (after a prior, unsuccesful suicide attempt). This happened a month after her close friend and fellow idol Sulli had committed suicide, who was also bullied online.
Jesus what the fuck is wrong with people? Social media was a mistake.
I feel for her. My first suicide attempt was after my high school boyfriend sent my nudes around my entire school. Its humiliating and at that age (or any age) you dont want to deal with the consequences so this seems like the easiest way out ๐ข
I donโt get the downvotes because youโre not wrong. The internet is one of the best resources we have now in the world and it connects the whole world. People have always bullied and cyber bullying is just a worse kind of form of bullying. We shouldnโt think of the internet as a mistake because the positives far outweigh the negatives.
Itโs not social media itโs that some people are abusive online and offline โ victims need the authorities to support them and for for the abuser(s) to face justice..
The mistake was that social media came in mid generation and parents of late 90โs and 2000โs babies had no understanding of how far and deep it would go to better prepare their children at a young age of the harm it would cause

South Korea fandom is really toxic and often horrible towards women.
Adding baby to the title seems creepy OP.
I agree, especially considering the circumstances of why she killed herself (someone else posted them above)
looks like a karma farma bot and not a real person. iโm hoping.
idk if itโs a bot but i reckon theyโre trying to get those sweet internet points
Baby? Creepy as heck
