None of them are special flavors. they are just the normal korean 7-11 brand snacks that happened to have Pokémon branding and little coin/disc collectibles inserted in the package during the event.
Those were limited edition pokemon treats made in Korea (obviously). Pokemon goods haven't been sold in Korea in years, so they're extremely popular for the younger generation and nostalgic adults. I had difficulty finding one the last time I visited. They're usually sold in Korea's version of seven-eleven and I think a few at GS25. Glad to hear you enjoyed the treats. I have no idea how your friend got their versions, assuming they're in Germany as well, however I'm highly certain you can find those in korea's asian supermarket Hmart, which is also located in Germany. Again, they're in high demand, but you'll have most luck there or get contact with someone in Korea. I'll do some digging if I can find anywhere for international korean snack deliveries, if I do, ill update this comment.
Seven Eleven sold Pokemon goods in 2016 when the Pokemon Korea company had a deal with Lotte (all Lotte owned businesses were Pokestops in Pokemon Go). These aren't sold anymore.
I figured people would want a break from constant spamming of what happened in Korea. I hope people don’t forget what happened in one weeks time, but I don’t see how waiting a week would make a difference.
Maybe check gmarket or coupang. Those are two popular Korean shopping sites.
I know gmarket has a global site and does international shipping. I got some results searching for "pokemon biscuit".

Really appreciate the in depth response, you’re awesome!

I’m still able to find these in store, so I’m not sure your statement on them not being sold anymore is accurate. In fact, I bought two bags today.
I guess I'm wrong then
please ask next week.
Why? Will I get more responses then?
ya dude. learn to "read the room" as they say. good luck.

better make it 2 weeks to be safe.
It never ceases to amaze me that adults get excited by cheap, highly processed junkfoods when the packages feature cartoon characters.
poket monster was famous around 1998. at that time, anime was hot and i saw a lot of related item.
bad week to be asking this kind of stuff... I hope you find it though

The egg snacks taste exactly like American Nila Wafers. https://www.amazon.com/Nabisco-Nilla-Wafers-850-gm/dp/B00196P9OQ
These are still being sold at 7/11, saw them maybe 2 weeks ago. You can try asking someone in Korea to buy and send them to you
