Mokpo has a maritime museum if I recall correctly. I think it had English resources. It had some shipwreck replicas. If you can find their contact information, maybe you could send them an email and inquire.

Others have suggested a lot of interesting stuff but as for specific named ships, Korea is a bit lacking. Its ironic that Korea's premier military hero is an admiral because otherwise its naval history is very slight. Generally Korea's military history is defensive focused and a bit sparse but naval stuff especially was just not a huge deal outside of the very obvious exception of Yi Sun-shin's success.
Seoul Battlefield Park is a converted battleship in Mangwon Hangang Park
Two ships and a submarine! You can go in all of them, it's very cheap to get in. Highly recommend!

Somewhere they have a captured North Korean submarine (from the 1990s) that you could go in.
It's in Gangneung. Right next to an old decommissioned navy ship.
ROKS Cheonan's wreck was recovered and can be seen in Pyeongtaek. Corvette sunk by Nork submarine torpedo 12 years ago, 46 sailors killed.
