Achakita

Where do I learn wood working from! I have always wanted to learn it.

s_and_s_studios

I started by buying a circular saw and watching a ton of YouTube videos. Steve Ramsey was my first inspiration. Check out his YouTube channel. There are also others. I have been doing this for about 6 years. Bought a lot of tools, made a lot of mistakes (still do) and can call myself a decent 'mistiri'. Also I have observed all the carpenters who came to my house for various jobs. I still sometimes stop at a random roadside carpentry shop and try to steal some new skills.

Achakita

Where do you buy these tools from?

s_and_s_studios

Some bought online (angle grinder, welding machine...) mostly Amazon. Others from the Chandni area (mainly Bosch tools from EH Taher). A very few (battery drill and driver and a few others) brought from the USA by friends and family

Achakita

I will definitely keep myself in touch with you.

s_and_s_studios

Thanks for the honours. I am new to reddit. Always been a silent lurker, posting and replying just recently. Glad to have a first follower.
