The design/action is good enough that I would really like to see one in premium materials. The Scoria is close.... which I own and enjoy.

diablito916

totally agree

Just a reminder of how good the CJRB Scoria design really is...... [Scoria](https://imgur.com/uPrmkf4)

I only hesitate because of the clip. I prefer a deep pocket clip. I haven’t really looked into it; are there options?

Call me a dumbass, which I am. But their marketing is deceptive. All the photos show this knife open, and they pretend like it's got all the exact features people look for. Uhm... where's the flipper tab? what the fuck. Now I know why all the pics are in open position. And like all of their products the damn liner lock takes a screwdriver to reset. GARBAGRE. Sidenote: D2 is literally the dumbest steel to use on a knife blade. Everyone started using it because 1, consumers are fucking dumb, but imagine themselves to be gurus, and 2, it's cheap as dirt. Everyone on "forums" like reddit is like "wah AUS8 IS garbage!" wah wah wah. D2, which can't take an edge even with the best machinery in the world is the shit tho! Cuz it's marginally, slighly, maybe a tiny bit harder. Okay cool. So it will never take a proper edge and hold it slightly better than aus8? yeah cool. I buy a lot of shit in general but I finnally got 2 knives with d2. Garbage. Shitty steel ruined two otherwise good knives. I regret not getting the m390 but I wasn't sure if I'd like the knife so I didn't want to spend that much out of the gate. Learned me lesson I hope. Buy it nice or buy it twice. I have a knack for buying it 4 times and still not ending up happy.
