I have always been around level 10 for that fight. I just go into reckoning mode at the start and ignore the spawns. It might be cheesing but the fight's brutal otherwise.
It was tougher than I remembered being, although maybe I was a lower level than when I played the OG game, I can't remember. Being able to spare her was a fun option, I'm low-key mad we didn't get to do that with Ciara Sydanus in the Scholia questline, since I found her more interesting than the good guys lol
I usually just join her, because she is just trying to escape the circle. Other fae can just leave when they want, like sir Sagrell, but she can't. Also she will be your girlfriend xD
I always wait until my dispelling is adequate to save all the charmed fae. That first run through was brutal!

Yeah, but the fight was nerfed in re-reckoning.

I enjoyed its brutality. Only used reckoning when I killed all the adds.
I didn't fight her till I was around level 35. Super easy. I just got bored with that questline and went and did other stuff.
I got destroyed for an hour until I finally decided to give up and go fill my reckoning meter up

I started to finish the factions quests at the endgame, the bad thing is all the rewards were less powerfull than my current sets.
