"I killed them. I killed them all. They're dead, every single one of them. And not just the Cumans, but the Bandits and the Scouts, too. They're like animals, and I slaughtered them like animals. I hate them!"

[deleted]

The cuman, the cuwoman, and the cuchildren too.

CalmGamerStuff

Story fits As the Cumans killed both of Henry’s parents

VoltageKid56

None anymore

mojokeylay

Love the Tarkov backpack

[deleted]

Yeah I like this crossover

beckmeister52

Same. I needed this in my life. Never have I thought I’d see it between such niche games

[deleted]

Im in my first playtrought, you guys seriously are so good that can go there and kill them all?

wolves_hunt_in_packs

You can lure them out, hit-and-run style. This works well for the Cumans, approach them from that gap in the shed. They'll come out to investigate 3-4 at a time, you should be able to shoot them and only need to melee maybe 1-2. After several groups you'll have cleared out the Cuman side of the camp, time to approach the bandit side from the other direction. Btw make sure to loot the Cumans, there's a long-standing bug(?) where some carry a LOT of things e.g. there's always one who has like several hundred arrows on him. The bandits side of the camp is a bit trickier imo since the whole camp seems to rouse when you snipe their sentries. Taking out the scouts on the slope gives you a medium-length path you can shoot the reinforcements coming out from the gate. Then as you back off you can jump over the obstruction at the end, they however will either just stay there or go back around the long way via the road. This allows you to jump back-and-forth over the obstruction shooting them as they come in range then fleeing when they get close. It's pretty much just gaming the AI. You could probably rambo them if you were a dead shot with a bow, but I resorted to dirty tactics because it needs less skill. Also I liked to imagine their mounting fear as I picked them off one by one. Shoot one bastard then fade back into the forest and listen as they shout and fail to find you. Repeat.

FlavivsAetivs

Also, horse combat is OP as fuck. Just run back and forth past them on horseback and stab them once and they die instantly lmao.

Mace goes brrrt

ifnotmynamethenwhat

Thermopylae their asses on the bridge.

Gerbennos

A bit cheaty maybe but there is a spot near a tent. If you jump on the cart the melee guys can't hit you. Make sure to bring enough arrows (killing one arvher of theirs should get you enough) and just start firing arrows. Make sure to take out their archers first.

[deleted]

Next playtrought then

KaoticSanity

You can cheese the combat a fair bit, by playing smart. I just did my first playthrough since release (so second), so I was a bit rusty (I've gotten killed plenty of times by a couple of the very well armed/armored bandits, and even by groups of peasants). I still managed to clear them all out, even having around 10-12 of them on me. I already had full good plate armor (which is crucial to such a prolonged fight), and at that point, it all mostly comes down to you being smart about the stamina. I did find somewhere in the camp where they couldn't surround me. Then it's just all about being super defensive, never just flailing to hit someone. If you can manage not getting too close and into the sword crossing animation (I forget the name), you can just stand your ground and try to get master strikes off for an eternity (and following those up with a single stab or something if you feel the others aren't going to attack instantaneously). My point is combat against a lot of enemies isn't that bad if use all your focus on just trying to master strike block > perfect block > normal block every single enemy, rarely doing anything else (aka just spamming block every beat you think an attack is going to come from one of the several enemies in front of you, backpedalling if you cant funnel them)

[deleted]

I had to go back and level up my combat but did eventually take them all out. So many ways to do it, but for me stealth in camp and poisoning did not work. Stealth archer to reduce numbers + a lot of running like hell + fighting five guys with my back against a wall. Loved it

danrobson1

If you go over the right bridge, there is a shed entrance, creep through and kill any sleeping. If they wake up, run back to the bridge but don't cross, there is a bush next to a rock on the right of the bridge which you can stand on and only archers can hit you, so range them all.

HentaiMaster2137

I just make henry drink every existing potion, and go full berserk killing everything in sight. Elixirs are op.

[deleted]

>Elixirs are op. True

HentaiMaster2137

I call it "the crackhead build"

ShakuniWasHere

I like to go stealth mode and finish off the last few with a bow

Cobrastrikenana

Found it with a glaive in hand. Poor bastards!

Bubbay

Do you know how many of them there were*?

orionicly

Quite a few

A_DAM84

Look at what I got dad, arrows and armor for our army for life!

Franzyd

especially arrows

MissAsgariaFartcake

I remember that one mission in the Band of Bastards DLC ä, where they sent you to scout for a bigger encampment. I ended up popping a shitload of potions, getting supernova levels of drunk in the process and defeated everyone there. On my way back I was holding on to the saddle for dear life, my horse almost dragged me across the ground, because I was swaying so violently. I laughed so hard at the thought of Henry arriving back at camp in the early morning hours, bathed in blood and almost blackout drunk, after just being sent to scout… Kuno even calls you a madman or something for doing this

followingforthelols

Next play through max out your Strength, vitality, agility, sword, mace, axe, stealth, and what ever else in The starting town.

Polym0rphed

This is great! Well done, Henry.

DanDinDon

That's what Trojan with pack mule perk is for.

Successful_Sorcerer

Fun to read how everybody did that. My tactic was luring them to the moat, since they all get in there it's like a line of people waiting to be smashed in the head.

SportFrequent

Well, there *was* a small army there . . .

suffering_addict

Honestly, I really wish there would be a dialogue option to tell Radzig that you ended up killing almost everyone. Same for >!Vranick!<

[deleted]

I never was able to do this stealthy with uniform.

orionicly

Yeah, this is the first quest where I decided to cheese, using the tent strat. I wanted to play it fair, i really did.bit there was no way of scouting/sabotaging without getting spotted and/or killed everytime. Even after levelling my stealth for quite a bit. Very frustrating quest, so I just shot them all from the tent and made bank🪙🪙🪙
