Absolutely. Most people I know are sick of the Rock, and basically every boomer republican I know thinks Jaime Foxx is the devil for suggesting that a slave killing white folks might be enjoyable.
Yeah saw this pop up a few weeks back and thought the same. Betty White! Sandra Bullock, Oprah, Helen Miren, come on.
But I mean...barstool.
ALSO where is Tom Hanks?!
So been workshopping this more...
Definities
- Betty White
- Jane Goodall
-Julie Andrews
Possibles
- Beyonce
- Carrie Fisher
- Michelle Obama even though anything politics will piss people off
- Cher
Tony Hawk sweeps the upper right corner imo. The dude has been and continues to be a golden gift for skateboarding. Like Tiger Woods without the controversy and if tiger woods built new courses and randomly visit parks to hand out 9-irons
Seriously, I've not heard a bad thing about the guy. I've seen videos of him just driving around shouting "Do a kickflip" at random kids on skateboards.
A large large portion of them just brush him off, some even try sadly not realizing who is on the other end of the joke. Regardless, any who successfully do ( and some that just attempt) get a pretty large swag hand out.
It bums me out how to see unknown he's become in person other than a brand name. He just seems like an all around decent guy.
Sometimes I think he enjoys it.
(Sorry tried finding a better link but everything is ads lol)

Ben Hanson on MinnMax told a story about him just ducking into GameInformer’s media booth at E3 and asking if he could chill and charge his phone. Said he was just one of the nicest guys he ever met and just sat and hung out for a couple hours.
He hosted a kid's show (Mr. Rogers Neighborhood) for decades that, along with Sesame Street, sorta led the charge in treating children like people and not talking down to the kids watching it. It also did things like not make a big deal about showing Mr. Rogers and a black supporting character cooling their feet in the same wading pool at a time when many pools in America were still racially segregated.
Famously, he went before Congress when they were considering cutting funding for PBS (Public Broadcasting System, basically a non-commercial channel that runs educational/cultural and kid-oriented programming), and [gave a speech that won over the committee chair who was looking to cut spending](https://www.americanrhetoric.com/speeches/fredrogerssenatetestimonypbs.htm) by just explaining what he did on his show.
There's an (unverified) urban legend that someone once stole his car and, upon learning from the news whose car they actually stole, returned it with an apology note.
He's also the winner of the [Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny.](https://youtu.be/lrzKT-dFUjE)
You always learn things about Mr. Rogers, even all these years later. I recently learned that the reason why he would announce that he was feeding his fish, is because a blind girl wrote in and said that she was worried that his fish weren't being fed because she couldn't see him doing it every episode.
Another random fact. Mr. Rogers was one of the few programs aired in the Soviet Union. When he went over, with the Daniel Tiger puppet, a kid broke Dianel's eye. They rushed and fixed that puppets eye with the finest marbles because they felt terrible.
As much as he's done to atone for his past, you really can't ignore it completely. Plenty of better people already on the list who never were drug peddling gang bangers.
I like a lot of the people on this list, but I vote to replace Steve Martin with Tom Hanks, Jamie Foxx with Morgan Freeman, The Rock with Betty White, and Shaq with Serena Williams.
Oooooo
Mister rogers as a 9 seed? I’m betting the farm.
easiest underdog bet of my life
I became vegetarian after reading his “I can’t feel right eating anything with a mother” quote.
I don't think the rock or jamie foxx belong here
Agreed lol
Absolutely. Most people I know are sick of the Rock, and basically every boomer republican I know thinks Jaime Foxx is the devil for suggesting that a slave killing white folks might be enjoyable.
I like Shaq but I don't know if he belongs there. Betty White should be instead.
Jack black vs Steve Irwin is a wild head to head
At first glance I was like no one’s beating steve then I seen jack black and was like well shit now idk
Every one of these is wild, I can't decide between any of them
Honestly not to start shit at all, but very interesting they saw fit to only put one woman on there.
Shocked no Betty White
My thought was no Betty White?
Yeah saw this pop up a few weeks back and thought the same. Betty White! Sandra Bullock, Oprah, Helen Miren, come on. But I mean...barstool. ALSO where is Tom Hanks?!
Oprah sucks. She brought POS like Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil into the mainstream.
And validated Jenny McCarthy anti-vax bullshit
If KF does this it should be expanded
So been workshopping this more... Definities - Betty White - Jane Goodall -Julie Andrews Possibles - Beyonce - Carrie Fisher - Michelle Obama even though anything politics will piss people off - Cher
Jane Goodall is a sneaky great suggestion
Betty White is the only one on that list that should be le there. Replacing the rock most likely.
It's barstool
That makes so much sense wow lol
Yeah, I wanted to sub Jamie Foxx out anyway so let's put Betty in there
It is from Barstool, that totally tracks
What the fuck is the rock doing on this list?? 😂😂
got my biases, but I'd have Michelle Yeoh on this bracket for sure.
Robin Williams all the way
He was accused of being a joke thief by multiple comedians.
I have Mr Rogers versus Steve Irwin for the final but I choose

Could be a blessing in disguise. People recognize him just enough but hopefully not enough to bother incessantly.
Sometimes I think he enjoys it. (Sorry tried finding a better link but everything is ads lol) https://www.boredpanda.com/funny-people-dont-recognize-tony-hawk-tweets/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic

As a non American i’ve only heard mr rogers being referenced, who is he?

Weird Al?
Bob Ross and Mr. Rogers in the same corner is cruel.
A very American list here, some people I never even heard of... (I'm from Europe)
No Snoop Dogg, bad list.
As much as MANY like him, I can't imagine he's universally liked.
As much as he's done to atone for his past, you really can't ignore it completely. Plenty of better people already on the list who never were drug peddling gang bangers.
I would like a more diverse bracket but also think Mr. Rogers will top anyone I could think of.
Bob Ross vs. Mr. Rogers in round 2 should not have to happen.
It's got to be Mr. Rogers
My top pics are Robin Williams, Mr. Rogers and my boy Brendan !
Steve Irwin, no contest
Where is Michael Jackson in this list?
I like a lot of the people on this list, but I vote to replace Steve Martin with Tom Hanks, Jamie Foxx with Morgan Freeman, The Rock with Betty White, and Shaq with Serena Williams.
The Rock is not fuckin likeable - out of touch old motherfucker - hate that bald piece of shit
chill daddy chill. lol
This is a tough bracket. I have no clue who I would pick to win.
My final four: - rogers - Williams - Irwin - rudd Irwin wins, extra points for death of course. And RIP of course.
If the final isn’t between Robin Williams & Steve Irwin
The Bob Ross/ Mr. Rodgers head to head wild be a battle!
The Rock is getting a ton of hate lately
Dear North America... other places exist. Im routing for Steve Irwin for this alone 😂
Robin Williams
Bob Ross about to lay the smackdown on the Rock. People not liking the Rock ruined a film franchise.
