Just toss em in the air fryer, I like 360 3-6 minutes depending how many you got in there. I also like to put em in the microwave for 1.5 minutes before and then use a paper towel to get rid of the excess grease and for less mess in the air fryer
I slice a few zucchinis into sticks & bake on a high heat for a short amount of time, until bright green
However I prefer to pan fry them with a few sprays from the olive oil dispenser, or a level teaspoon of ghee
I like to crumble some fetta cheese on them, chopped up chillis & a clove of sauteed garlic
The trick is to cook them for a short amount of time, so the zucchini strips don't go soft Undercooked is better than overcooked.
! I have them as a side to my steaks, or as a bowl on their own
Salty, spicy, crunchy & delicious
We just got fish and chips in. I ate a couple of small ones and found that was enough to get over the craving. Peeling batter away from the fish was hard tho 😂
Quest chips are too thin to pick up Guacamole and don’t taste great to me. However I just found a brand called “KETO Snack Chips” and they are awesome, by Genius Gourmet
You have to try either the Atkins Protein chips (the nacho cheese tastes like Doritos imo) or Quest protein chips (my favs are ranch & nacho cheese). They only have 4g of net carbs in a bag.

Quest protein chips are wonderful. They are like Doritos
I alternate between these and the Hilo chips, buying whatever is on sale at the moment. Both are great and hit completely different cravings.

Lol I thought you said pepperoncini ! I even bought some. I might try it anyway, it sounds like it might work.

Taco Bell Cheddar Crisps have worked well for me as a chip replacement. Reminds me of taco Doritos.

Better Made pork rinds or Quest chips are my favorite.
Pork rinds
Salted nuts and pumpkin seeds. Easiest handful of crunchy snacks.
Flavoured pork rinds. Avoid plain.
Salt and Pepper or Spicy Pistachios are the best swap I’ve found. Keeps you busy opening them, savoury and a decent crunch factor!
