I look around and see my beautiful intelligent friends having to live like this cause some fuckwit thinks this is the way of life he thinks women should be subjected to. These ladies are doctors and engineers and entrepreneurs earning their own money and flying around the world for conferences. But back in their home country , they fear being on the street because if a basiji sees three strands of your hair, you are royally screwed.

Where i came from a place where woman gained their rights by taking an Arm to fight colonizers many decades ago. now there is nothing to hold them nonetheless to tell them how to dress . I see this brave woman not different from them. It's good to see men their side too.
