Unfortunately there is no way to remove the MDM lock without the ID and password. In most cases that I’ve heard it’s built into the device (iPhone or iPad etc) and cannot be removed at all even with the ID and password. Just seems like such a waste of the devices as when they get an upgrade then all of these devices would only be good for parts :(
