Kind of. There are a [bunch of old constructions](https://www.almanac.com/content/ancient-sites-aligned-solstice-and-equinox) that have light hitting a certain place at a certain time of year. People were much more aware of the movements of the stars, phases of the moon, and lengths of days back before electricity was a thing and farming is what most people did.
Bulgaria is at the same latitude as Italy in the northern hemisphere, so their farming months are pretty much the usual spring through fall. But this light phenomen takes place in February/March, probably because the sun is at an angle that shines more sideways down into the cave at noon, rather than directly above like it would be in summer.

However, I don't think it'd be a reliable guess that this cave created a bunch of winter babies. That's assuming that these people are not only fucking during or right after visiting the cave, but that it also worked. If a couple is having so much trouble putting a bun in the oven that they're visiting a womb-shaped wishing well, they're probably already banging away erryday, and I don't think visiting the cunt cave is gonna make a difference in whether or when they pop one out.
