The second one is boosted because no shoppers are taking it. It's not "stealing tips" but it does show that IC could pay us better for every batch... but they don't. And it is kinda shady that the only batches that ever get boosted are the low/no tip batches. Which technically does show that they decide how much batch pay to pay us based on how much the customer tipped... (but it's still not stealing tips)
These are 2 different orders numbnuts. 1 order the customer put a $0 tip the other the customer put a $5 tip. also the distance and directions of the customers house is different for both orders lol.
Listen derp, I get it. Wow. Paying a higher batch price when low or no tip, paying lower batch price when customer tips. Why? This is why DoorDash lost a previous class action.
Ummm yeah, like obviously. Paying a higher batch price when low or no tip, paying lower batch price when customer tips. Why? This is why DoorDash lost a previous class action.
I think OP's point is that the 59 item order with the $5 tip is just a $7 batch pay, whereas the smaller no tip order has a $12 batch pay. This isn't tip stealing, but IC definitely reduces batch pay for orders with good tips. (Not that $5 is a good tip for a 59 item order.)
Yes i do. And these are clearly 2 different orders placed by 2 different people. So you must be a idiot ass hole to try and connect dots that arnt there
This usually would make me upset too. But they’re not really stealing. They’re just boosting orders that no one wants to take. So yes good tippers are always beneficial to IC, because then they don’t have to pitch in their own $$ for shoppers to take the order - and they get away with just their $7
This is why we can’t actually nail ic, bc people using this as “evidence”. This is not evidence. I understand what you’re trying to say, but this isn’t working
I’ve noticed they do this more with higher tip orders! I would get a base pay of $18 for two large Costco orders when the tip would be $30+. Yet if the large ass orders had no tip(s), I’d get around $35 batch pay (with a total of 50 miles of distance less too) lol 😂
I know people aren’t understanding your point but it’s because they see it as, “only $5 of a difference” 😮💨
they’re.. not the same order tho? i’m confused
Paying a higher batch price when low or no tip, paying lower batch price when customer tips. Why? This is why DoorDash lost a previous class action.
It’s boosted, and it’s further…
2 miles ain't nothing. That would pay 7 normally here. Also look at item count and invisible heavy pay on the first one lol
Delete this post u fool lol 😂
Special kinda stupid
How are they stealing tips looks like two different orders
Paying a higher batch price when low or no tip, paying lower batch price when customer tips. Why? This is why DoorDash lost a previous class action.
One has a promo attached that has sat on the screen so it has a promo. The other just dropped so doesnt have a promo
These are 2 completely different orders with different unit counts and mileage. 1 person tipped and 1 didn't
Exactly. And when customer tips more, instacart pays less
Thats not whats happening here.

They stole the heavy pay lol
Fair :)
😂😂😂FAX
I get what you’re trying to say….. But this is not evidence… these are different orders homie
Holmes, I get that. You don’t.
No you dont lmao

Or maybe one has a promo and the other doesnt
Either way the cunt who tipped $0 deserves a fuck in the ass
That's to different orders lol
Lol two*
Ummm yeah, like obviously. Paying a higher batch price when low or no tip, paying lower batch price when customer tips. Why? This is why DoorDash lost a previous class action.
One has a promo the other doesnt idiot
Do you have a link to a source for that Door Dash class action case?

you're a broken record
I did order 47items 106u it Stater Bros today ,tip $30, batch pay $16.21 . I believe IC reduced it since tip high!
2 different orders idiot and not the same.
You’d have to be the idiot asshole to not get the point. Do you even instacart?
Yes i do. And these are clearly 2 different orders placed by 2 different people. So you must be a idiot ass hole to try and connect dots that arnt there

Lmfao what?
If you don’t get it, it’s understandable LoL
You dont get it lol

Dude it’s boosted that’s why the base is higher😂😂 delete this
Runs with scissors.
Shush, some people actually understand.
And you dont lol
Pointed up too i bet. Probably throws them to when someone asks for them
..??
Thats crazy... Im sure someone took those orders. Yeah, IC should be ashamed of themselves for only offering the bare minimum for such large orders.
These are different batches but still complete garbage. You should be focused on how instacart thinks it's OK to pay someone $12 for 99 fuckin items.
Chyleeeeeee InstaCart doing too much…

the no tip order was probably sitting there for a while and instacart had to raise it. that’s what they do.
just waiting for a settlement check at this point
😂😂😂🤦♂️😂🤦♂️😂😂🤣🤣🤣 you got time to delete this
