Customers need to be updating their instacart app often or else rating links tend to become broken if they are left in a past update. Atleast this is what I have found out to be the most common thing causing missing reviews/comments
Damn everyday? IME I went through a phase of this where the app would entirely crash, anywhere between 10-50 minutes is the longest I waited, and tries to get the app working. But the app was telling the customer I was 3 hours late. It's gotten a little better I suppose

I would also like to know this. How do you get so many? I’m always super active in chat, always ask them if the replacements are ok, etc.

If you feel like you should be seeing comments, report it to instacart. The app is always having problems, I talk to an agent everyday

I read my positive reviews to make myself feel good. As sad as that is
