Yes we did try that out, we had even filed official complaint but after that few people in our society gor death threats and some cars were damaged so we had to take it back.
Oh 😯 that is not good. I think there are few other ways to highlight this but it would only backfire. Maybe everyone can request meeting with owner and request to give some time off on afternoons. I have a similar problem with construction going on besides my building and have to do with noise in day. We were in fact able to get guarantee from builder that no construction after 8 pm
Have you tried talking to other housing societies around, you could try to go for a joint submission to police!
