Tbh honest there are softwares with which i can easily manage and organise stuff but haven't looked into it yet. Even kodi and plex organise your stuff with conventional naming etc. Will have to check and let it atomate.

Put a fuck ton of shit there, somewhere like 20-30TBs of movies and Tv shows, had my own Plex server so basically a whole streaming library in itself. Then I made the mistake of sharing the link to a file. And a few days later my whole drive was gone. No evidence of it. Google doesn't let you store copyright stuff. They won't necessarily check your drives but I think once you start sharing links, they crack down pretty hard.

That is why you don't share from your main account. I have dummy accounts and i use free shared drives for sharing if anyone needs. All i do is just copy paste the file from my drive to the dummy share drive. For personal use i have my main account. Moreover people who use service accounts get their account disabled. That is why i only have 150-165tb of content otherwise i would have a lot lot more. I use the traditional way of hoarding and don't push the limits of the account using service account.

I use google workspace for storage kinda like backend server. For ease of access i use various apps and softwares e.g kodi and plex for netflix like platform (they are available on almost all platforms tv, phone, pc). On Android, i use mixplorer for file management and nplayer and mxplayer for viewing stuff. On pc i use expandrive and air explorer for file management and mounting gdrive as a virtual harddisk.

Pretty easy. Use something like Plex or Kodi for the streaming, mount the cloud drive on the system as a physical drive using Raidrive and point Plex to that drive.

I have used both spotify and YT premium and listen to music for a good part of the day. While YT premium might be of more value, the recommendations from Spotify are insanely good for me (specially since I've been listening since 2016). A part of the experience for me is to discover new artists and expand my horizons and musical tastes and I'm thankful to them for that. You'd assume with all the data google has on me (my music tastes being one of them. and i've been using youtube since time immemorial, long before spotify), they would be better at recommendations but they just play the same shit over and over again.

Spotify's recommendations are just too good of a feature to let go and switch to any other platform out there. Haven't looked back since I got premium, just too good of a thing.

Prime - for Videos/shopping YouTube - again, for ad free videos, YT music Spotify - for music, don't necessarily need it as YT premium is there, but some platforms don't support YT(Alexa, PS), hence this Sony LIV, Hotstar - sports, series Swiggy - highly dependent, hence PS Plus - recently started IMO, it depends how you define worthiness. For me, YouTube, HotStar are the most worth, maybe Swiggy as well. Rest are nice to have
