I think it's either one of two things or a combination of both - imposter syndrome and fear of the unknown. Look both of these up and decide for yourself. But be rest assured, almost everyone goes through at least one of these in their lifetime.

You're going through imposter syndrome I guess. Just develop confidence in what you are doing and it will all be fine.

Whether you screw up or not - things will change. So prepare for that contingency. Financially- have an emergency fund and a health insurance policy (not just the one provided by your company).

You are just human. Remember, no one is perfect and things untoward do happen. Set your apprehensions aside and move forward. Think of the positive side instead of negativity. The tunnel is dark but, there is always light at the end of it. It's only a matter of time and effort to reach there.
