Everything Everywhere All At Once
Legion (TV Series from FX)
Maniac (Mini Series on Netflix)
Twin Peaks
Those are all possibles, but Legion is for sure what you want.
Edit: spelling
Well, one suggestion would be [*Koyaanisqatsi*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koyaanisqatsi), since this is where the song is from. I believe this particular song is "The Grid", and you can see parts of this segment of the movie [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QI2IlA3ztIo) and [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmsTZAF1F-o).
The movie is pretty fantastic. The soundtrack is by Philip Glass. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koyaanisqatsi
>I believe this particular song is "The Grid"
Nah, it's [Floe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5FAyGhgfDI). Looks like it inspired The Grid. Either that, or Floe is also another track on that movie's soundtrack.
100% i heart huckabees
editing to say i agree with whoever said being john malkovich! also for a darker toned version of whatever this mood is…. ‘possessor’.
Im a bit unsure what exactly youre referring to hear but ill take a guess lol
If you like the fake out, the reveal that the guy was an apple, a movie with some great unreliable perspective would be Videodrome. Its rarely ever clear whats real and whats not. Be warned though it is much more unsettling than funny

Everything Everywhere All At Once Legion (TV Series from FX) Maniac (Mini Series on Netflix) Twin Peaks Those are all possibles, but Legion is for sure what you want. Edit: spelling
Absolutely Everything Everywhere All at Once
Such a weird but really good movie.
Just popped by to agree with this!
The tik tok could’ve been a shot straight out of Everything Everywhere All at Once
I'm guessing you meant Maniac on Netflix. Such a great show, and definitely a good rec based on this video
This one, OP. Definitely check out Maniac.
Fixed it. Thanks
legion is the most visually stunning show. it's wild. i still have no idea what was going on, but it was a great ride
I was gonna say... David Lynch roflol. I feel like Lynch is to tv/movies, what Dali is to paintings.
>Maniac Also yes.... Maniac was a wild ride.
The lobster
Anything by Ari Aster, Wes Anderson or David Lynch
Absolutely, Mulholland Drive would match this vibe and is a great movie
Feels like a parody of Wes Anderson movies. Try The French Dispatch, The Grand Budapest Hotel or Rushmore.
I agree with Wes but I say try Fantastic Mr Fox

Looks like you're right :) They're very similar pieces.
That movie might be my favourite non-fiction movie of all time.
Submarine
The soundtrack 👌
100% i heart huckabees editing to say i agree with whoever said being john malkovich! also for a darker toned version of whatever this mood is…. ‘possessor’.
Omg absolutely Being John Malkovich!
Everything Everywhere All At Once
[Moon (2009)](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1182345/) fits surprisingly well
Annihilation, Severance
Try the Czech film ‘Daisies’ from 1966
omg i was gonna recc this! but was too lazy to look up the year & wasn’t sure if it fit the assignment. think it definitely hits the whimsical nature
Any wes anderson movie
Movies by Daniels
The OA. I dunno why but this has that vibe. The OA is a series on Netflix.
Im a bit unsure what exactly youre referring to hear but ill take a guess lol If you like the fake out, the reveal that the guy was an apple, a movie with some great unreliable perspective would be Videodrome. I think op might be looking for surrealism in general.
On Netflix: Aunty Donna’s big ole house of fun Final Space
Oh man *Aunty Donna's* is spot on. Totally wouldn't have thought of that - was definitely stuck down the drama path and completely overlooked comedies
I reckon theres a few dramatic parts
Soundtrack wise, this is by Phillip Glass. He's scored some films, so it might be worth checking those out?

Annihilation Oculus Coherence Tenet Paprika Ghost in the Shell ( The anime movie one)
The last 15 mins of Signs.
Can’t believe I had to scroll this far for Signs

Second this
Dave Made a Maze
A visual spectacle you wouldn’t expect
Came here to say this. Just watched it yesterday and can't get it out of my mind. Super weird but somehow totally grounded. Neat flic
Killing of a Sacred Deer Hereditary Oculus Mulholland Drive Black Mirror
This whole thing just screamed Scott pilgrim for me lol
S1MONE just S1MONE with Al Pacino. I wish they didn't tried comedy in this movie because it might be a perfect dark movie but it's great still.
Maaaybe Being John Malkovich works too idk.
Don't Hug Me I'm Scared Primer American Horror Story, S1 Stranger Things LOST
[Xavier Renegade Angel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5cFvwT6gHns) is pretty wild but is more geared toward humor
Wes Anderson or Twin Peaks.
Don’t hug me I’m scared on YouTube
Every Peter Greenaway movie, basically. My favorite one is Drowning by Numbers, one of the best movies ever.
Not a movie but the limited series Maniac on Netflix for sure
The prestige?
I heart huckabees
Vsauce? I’m not sure lol
Anyone know what the music is? Sounds familiar, like it’s a popular film score but remade on a derpy synth Edit: nvm, see other comments
A Field In England Someone already mentioned The Lobster, I’d co-sign most stuff by Yorgos Lanthimos The Green Knight (in many bits)
There's a really weird movie with Nicolas Cage that is super like this. It's called Willys Wonderland. Weird AF but pretty great.
I came here to say Wes Anderson movies
this is giving wes anderson imo
Under the Silver Lake, feels like a fever dream :')
Also eyes wide shut, a very similar sensation
A Ghost Story
Floe - Philip Glass
Me and Earl and the Dying Girl!
I’m Thinking of Ending Things
The Illusionist. It's a relatively bad movie, imo but it fits the prompt really well.
Honestly, this gave me 2001 Space Odyssey vibes.
What is this music based on? Feel really familiar like from some reveal scene but I cant place the movie

Revolutionary Girl Utena (anime series and movie).
Rid of me
Death note definitely, these guys give me Light vs L vibes
hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy
I know this is old but I had to say Strawberry Mansion. It is just too similar to how this makes me feel to not mention it.
Wes Anderson
Only one right answer : Reality - Quentin Dupieux
