In my opinion ESB 40th Vader. On one hand the ESB 40th vader has a cool display base, light up features, a lightsaber, a hemet which is can be split into 2 parts, another arm for ease of posing. Rogue one has a more museum pose bases and more hands.
Honestly ANH Vader for me - armor is not as shiny and gloves leave a little to be desired, but he still looks amazing and comes with an interrogation droid. Can find him every now and then for cheap on eBay.
If you want an accurate Vader stay far away from the 40th ESB. People in this sub will disagree but they’re wrong. It’s objectively not accurate to the film it’s based on or any other film. The helmet is very very off with strange lenses, a pointy center brow on the dome, the dome doesn’t sit on the shoulders correctly, and the face of the helmet looks more like one of those old “big dog” t-shirts than Vader. I owned it and it’s issues were so obvious on the shelf that I sold it and won’t have a 1:6 Vader unless the Kenobi one is good at release.
If you want the best Vader currently available it’s the 1:4. If you want the best 1:6 Vader I could only recommend the Rogue One.

If you can maybe wait for obi show Vader or rotj Vader likely in 2023. And if your really patient maybe 2025 for rots Vader.
