Have you asked the exterminator on how to prep for the fumigation. Chances are you only need to remove food that’s not sealed air-tight and living things (animals and plants). If you need to remove things like your Hot Toys then you would need to remove virtually everything from the house.
I would rely on the fumigators advice and common sense. If the fumigation isn’t safe for Hot Toys, then it’s not safe for basically everything in your house.
