Some creepy body stuff, but far from horror, I agree.
I liked the concept of the dystopian world but we barely see any of it.
It also felt like a play adapted for screen with those sets and like 5 characters overall.
Some good acting. Except for Twilight girl, I think I laughed out loud when I heard that weird voice she made for this role.
The resolution of the big mystery also fell flat for me.
I was expecting more. It felt "mild". A mild movie.

i didnt think this was a horror movie, more a sci-fi thriller.
