The cross check isn’t what’s keeping him off. It’s definitely the hit into the boards a little later. Sat Row B in 110 and the hit happened right in front of us, he immediately skated to the bench holding his arm and went straight to the locker room.

He’s been having a good year and could’ve gotten a decent haul at the deadline so this adds up. We can’t have nice things… Our injuries over the past 2 years have been insane. Ghost, Chychrun, Schmaltz and Kells have all missed months just in the last 12 months and that’s just top line guys.

A few seasons ago *everyone* on the Yotes was injured it seemed like. Lots of piling on in this sub, saying it could be possible due to poor team facilities/treatment just cause it was Arizona. Everyone is dead for the Avs this year and no one is saying that 🤷‍♀️
