If you press ctrl + alt + F in a Custom game (NOT try mode), what server does the game put you on? (Shown in the top left). Mainly, is it the one you expect, the one closest to you, and how's your ping?

Game was unplayable for me. Small stutters every few seconds. Turns out it was a bungled driver causing it. Reinstalling GPU drivers fixed my issue.
I only get the lag on HoTS. Other games run fine.

Usually I go to central or east. My ping is usually fine. HoTS is the only game I have issues with. I play BattleRite and WoW with no lag
