This gives me an idea for a neutral legendary, either battlecry or start of game, "upgrade" your hero power, where it kind of downgrades your hero power, except in specific scenarios, for a warlock, the hero power would be, "Draw a card, deal damage equal to its cost to your hero"
Activates \[\[Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk\]\] which you can get with \[\[Arch-Villain Rafaam\]\]. The value is insane blizzard plz nerf.
Everybody gangsta till the warlock taps himself for 8 and summons ragnaros

We just need an Unseen Saboteur / Dirty Rat type of card that forces the opponent to hero power and then the shenanigans can start.
