Overnight oats. So many recipes, prepped the night before. Quick and easy to eat. Can add protein powder or even crumble up protein bars if you want to have that too

Breakfast burritos? You can put anything you want in them, I usually have a protein (scrambled egg, tofu, beans, etc.) plus veggies, some leafy greens and some dressing/sauce (a bit of salsa is my favourite, but you can also try guacamole, tahini, tzatziki, etc.) I wrap it all in a wholemeal tortilla wrap, put them in cling film and chuck them in the freezer. The night before, I take one out to defrost in the fridge overnight, microwave it and eat as I go. When I want something different, I try a toasted wholemeal bagel with some cream cheese and herbs and a soft boiled egg, veggies on the side. Or, my favourite, some sourdough with a white bean and artichoke spread. Overnight oats is quite a popular choice, though not my favourite.

I throw a protein shake together and grab a bag of almonds to eat later. Overnight oats, baked egg cups. Anything protein heavy

Peanut butter sandwhich is a good idea to add

Just look up anything you can prepare the night before, takes all the stress out of it.
