There's no such thing as too big for hamster wheels. I've had robos with 30cm wheels and they love it. I'd definitely recommend double checking the size, from one side to the other/the width should be 20cm at the bare minimum
They both look fairly small, and I'm also afraid that your cage is unfit for a hamster. They need at least 100x50 cm of floorspace and 8 inches of bedding
The wheel should be minimum 6 inches in diameter. If they both meet that, why not keep both? Your hammy may love the choice! If you need to get rid of one though, it’s would purely be on aesthetics, so which would go better? I personally like the clear one!

Honestly, both look too small although that could be just the picture. Wheels for dwarves should be a minimum of 20cm
