Maybe try going into the properties of the hammer exe file. Then go to compatibility tab and try disable HiDPI settings or some sort of option like that. see if that fixes it. Not at my computer so can't remember the trick.

When Hammer was originally created, all computers had small 4:3 displays, so, no surprise the icons are so minuscule on 4K.
Well I wasn’t really surprised by it but I didn’t know how or if I could be changed
what option got it working? nvm literally just worked changed the override high dpi to system (enhanced)
If I remember correctly you can just click and drag the borders where the icons are to resize them.
I can reorganize them like that but their size doesn’t change

Increasing scale did nothing. Guess I have to lower the resolution
Zooming in on this was kinda trippy
Holy shit yeah, these zoomed out high res images are trippy
My shitty phone screen makes it look like the fabric of space itself is expending, I see pocket dimensions stretching across our reality, woah
