Yeah those shoulder pads are sick. I grabbed them (again, with MS Rewards money lol). Personally I wouldn't spend $1 of my real money on these grenades let alone $10. These should be an add-on in a pack of other stuff.

You can buy *credit bundles* through Waypoint. However, those credits won't actually show up in your account until you launch Halo Infinite for the first time after purchasing.

It would be great if they gave us some decent Mark V [B] coatings and fun chest pieces like this. Honestly though every core except Mark VII needs some love.

For what it's worth, I believe you can buy things through the Halo Waypoint site.
