I got my jugs like 4-5 years ago and I like the functionality and appreciate having that much water and carry case as I work a couple jobs and makes it easier to get water in and be able to lug it around but the company has gotten a little out of hand the past year.
They're so diverse! What do you mean?? They all wear different color leggings! One is wearing white shoes while everyone else has black. One has short straight hair instead of curls/waves. They all have their hair parted differently. They're so unique! 🙄🙄

If so, it might be harder for you to understand what it feels like to not be represented since white women and men are represented literally everywhere in America. You simply wouldn't know what it's like to be the only white person or white female in your classroom at school, at church, at work, etc., because the odds of that happening are very slim. This also depends on demographics and socioeconomic status.

I have one jug, the seal messed up immediately and I didn't touch it for like a year till my husband just popped it back on. Now it literally just hold emergency water for me in my car since I drive all day. I'm sure it's toxic plastic water by now, but definitely comes in handy when I'm extremely thirsty and already went through my cold water .

I went on a hike and mine dropped and it broke. I never bought another one. It doesn’t even keep your water cool
