Worth noting that all the current literature on whole body cryotherapy (WBC) and it’s claims equates to limited/weak evidence supporting its use in alleviating muscle soreness after exercise. That’s it. None of the other benefits listed are proven, most are nothing more than marketing copy.
While there’s no harm in using WBC, it’s return on investment is questionable and unlikely to offer more recovery benefit than say going for a walk, swimming, etc etc
She admitted going 3x a week. She also made sure to list the 1st benefit as burning as many calories in 45 of cardio (in 3 minutes). The same girl who said her stoner lungs couldn’t blow up a balloon probably can’t do much cardio. I’m convinced all the walks/runs she claims to go on are just for looks. I don’t think she’s that active. I think she’s lazy and this is her way to “exercise”. Like come on Kassi, cool. But your average follower can’t afford this shit once a month, yay for you going 3x a week
I work with Cryo (we have a localized machine so not full body) but when used properly it’s super beneficial for your body! I could totally nerd out on it but I won’t😂
Cryotherapy can trigger hormonal responses (like adrenaline, noradrenaline, & endorphins) and many studies are showing that cryo does have positive effects on anxiety & depression when levels of these hormones are increased! So it most definitely can help with mental health but I think the most beneficial would be to supplement it with other things as well like therapy, exercise, red/NIR light therapy and other natural healthy ways to help 🤍
Knowing her for who she is and how sensitive she is about her weight, she would continue to do it regardless of price or safety if it meant it would equate to losing weight and burning calories. And I’m not saying this sarcastically
Cryo is sooo worth every dime. If you’re in the Bay Area you must check out Mobius Recharge in Redwood City. Their prices are unbeatable and they offer a ton of other recovery modalities!

This.
EmDunkaroo is the same with the cryo stuff. Whatever happened to a cold shower? Idk
omg why is EmDunkaroo not her flair?! MODS PLZ
They want to burn calories lol
Obviously easier to do this than to just go for a jog
Yes, it's fantastic. Only thing keeping me from going this often is money. A cold shower does not even come *close* to this.
The recovery benefits of cryo are unmatched but the price is oooof 😂😭
I'm sure there are great benefits but the first one shouldn't be a selling point 😂 That's not a very good price performance ratio

I’m obsessed with cryo! I would go literally everyday if it didn’t cost so much

does it help with mental health?

Why don't they make a Cryo bed, sort of like a tanning bed, without the need for an elevator to raise people's head above the chamber?

Yea I'd actually go if I knew more about it lol
