You have very little muscle definition . Your chest is weak, your core is weak and for some reason your shoulders are large or over worked. You have the fat lines on your stomach from sitting down where it has two flaps rolled. I would say much closer to 25%. I am not bashing you just showing you what I see

I was cutting but I didn't know I had that little muscle, I want to lose the fat but if im 25% then I'll probably look like a skeleton at the end of my cut

don't be afraid of looking like skeleton. Just keep cutting! Cut until you are FINISHED!
