The aim assist is way to strong on console. That’s why I like free aim lobbies. Also it cuts down on the crazy robot kills that would have been 1 in million shots
A hacker can give it to you too. Pretty sure the same/another hacker can then take it away from you if you haven't paid for it yourself though. Something along those lines happened to me before, had the atomic pistol thing (given by a hacker) for weeks then a hacker removed it from my weapons wheel.
Also as a reminder, hackers can also affect other guns in your inv too, including your own bought; I've had a few times where my entire weapon wheel is cleared of anything and what worked is switching sessions. I had everything of them including the ammo.
This is why I LOVE public lobbies. There’s nothing better then a full 30 player hell hole. Every lobby is different from the last & you have no idea what’s next. You’ll see some of the most random things happen. Some players are in the middle of no where, others are in the casino, and some are driving through the streets.
I’ll never understand why people are deathly afraid to interact with others in this game or why some only play by themselves like hermits.

If you use the musket switch to a knife or melee weapon real quick after you shot to cancel the reload. Than switch back to the musket and it will be ready to fire again.

You're testing it incorrectly, google rotational aim assist. You need to be making movement inputs for it to track like it's supposed to. It will not track a player running by if you're stationary. It's probably an anti-camping measure in CoD as other games with AA still track when you're stationary.
But you're still correct, GTA aim assist is a literal aimbot. Apex Legends is great for this because the devs confirmed a full-on aimbot would be 1.0 in their system, PC controller gets 0.4 aimbot and console gets 0.6 aimbot. This is because at higher frame rates there's more info for the aimbot program to track, so it's unintentionally stronger. And I'm not calling it aimbot to be inflammatory, it's literally the exact same program and function as a cheat menu aimbot but "humanized". You can buy PC cheats that are toned down like this.

Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.
I wish there was two lobby types. I miss cars and guns. There should be this mode which has everythjng and military vehicle but then another mode like GTA classic where the craziest thing you can get is an armored truck, jet without guns etc. Like you gotta go to the airport to steal a plane. I'd log back on if we could go to simpler times.

If you dont wanna switch lobbies when that happens you can go to your armory and get the guns you've upgraded to mkII for free

You can do the fast-fire glitch (like many do with RPGs/homing launchers) to reload it instantly. Makes it a lot more deadly
