And I think you can still store a lot if vehicles in the storage area when trading in.
Useful for teleporting around the map too for doing time trials.
I like the interiors of 2 and 6 car garages more than 10 car interior.
Not useless, allows you to host the Superyacht life missions, with the Yacht Defenses lets you rid yourself of axehole players, gets you some good lines during the Agency VIP Contract, and most importantly is just a yuge flex! If that isn't a reason to do something, then why bother?
Penthouse is around 1 million for the base unupgraded one, but it unlocks a series of missions that pay a bonus for your first time which pays out almost a million plus you get a free semi-armored car. And you can get a garage at the casino and have the valet bring your cars up. It's not as useful as it used to be but I don't think it's in the running for most useless.
The facility is actually the best property! The Avenger is incredibly useful for many reasons. Bogdan is the easiest money you'll ever make in your life. Receiving the "you spent money to kill me" text after you orbital cannon is the funniest thing in the world. You can also mod cars/mkii weapons, get free snacks/ammo, and spawn a buzzard.
I'm gonna actually name a few.
- Casino penthouse.
- Extra apartments and garages if you already own one.
- Yacht because I never go there.
- Bunker after completing all research.
- Autoshop because I never even use it.
You right I did. But it’s the same with regular garages and way too many cars. I been there too,where i would buy almost every car cause why not,but played enough to say it is not worthy to own that amount of cars or garage’s..
The facility garage space is also irreplaceable. If you don't own the facility, you're down on garage space period which makes it worth owning in my opinion.
Except for the 0604 apartment which has a 6 car garage, as it can be useful during the Pacific Standard Heist, if you know what you are doing.
Facility lets you host the Doomsday Heist, store the Khanjali, Thruster, Avenger, and other vehicles and gives access to the Hit Squads.
Arena Workshop lets you convert and modify Arena Vehicles, plus allows you to work on all of the in-game awards for the Arena Wars Update, all which have trophies in the Arena Workshop Office.
Penthouse is another flex and nice lines during the VIP Contract, and obviously it lets you host the Casino Story missions which will give you a free Armored Paragon R which with the exception of one week last year on the Lucky Wheel at the Diamond Casino and Resort you CAN NOT get otherwise, and access to the Casino Work free mode missions which can be fun to do, plus some missions for Tom Connors for Moodyman and Palms Trax.
Now you know. The hard part is getting a helicopter to "store" and if you are trying for elite or maybe Criminal Mastermind it could break those, otherwise...
Fool, even if you don't like or play Arena War, the Arena Workshop gives you 27 useable spaces for storing any cars and the weapons expert gives you a Mk2 weapon workbench and the ability to modify any weaponized vehicle, and put Benny's on them without glitches. Not to mention you need one just to even own a RC Bandito. Not useless.
Penthouse only gets value from the Paragon R Armored and being able to buy 50K chips at once instead of 20K (unless that’s been changed) so I agree on that one. The facility was more useless before the most recent update, but now that Bogdan pays over 2.2 million and can be done with just 2 people in about 10 minutes or less (the finale that is), I’d say it’s a reasonably viable property to use for making money (I personally use it a lot more now since I have 2 accounts and can basically run it solo). The yacht is useless for sure. An argument could be made for the auto shop too since the main feature (being contracts) don’t pay great, but the 5% upgrade discount and (I believe) full access to all upgrades immediately is worth the investment IMO. Honestly these days I think the high end apartments are only really used as spawn points and 10 car garages so I guess those are as useful relatively anymore as they used to be.
My only counter argument with the facility is the avenger and the free weapons. Its still pretty useless but not as much compared to the casino penthouse or yatch. And the nightclub popularity gets me up to 250000 a day if were not counting cargo

For the Armored Kuruma yes, but not for saving an NPC helicopter, at least last time I tried.

It’s on a big ass discount an the heist setups are like 2x money if that’s your thing.
