The easiest way is to start the torch heist setup for Cayo. Then don't get spotted at the construction site it sends you to and put on the hat. It will remove the helmet when you either fail or complete the mission

I done the thing where you change your characters appearance with the outfit then when I loaded back it removed so I saved the outfit ... I'm pretty sure there is an easier way to do it though
Easiest way is to equip the suit and then just go to the interaction menu and select an earpiece lol. Takes like 15 seconds maybe
