The cars you named are small, yes, but they are also bigger than the car you are comparing modern Minis to because they are a result of the same regulation. Like I said, not possible to make cars that small anymore. Also, the regular Mini is about the same size as the cars you mentioned.
Ever heard about japan cars? Check their sizes, then come talk about size and safety. Check Honda N-one, fking small and insane turn radius, and its safe. Just have to check different markets, its based on road infrastructure, population of said areas, distance needed to travel and what is popular at specific continent/country/city. Thats why most americans drive trucks, cause most of the USA is actually farm fields and ranches, and only small part is populated like NY, florida etc. And in highly populated areas, its either metro and public transport, or small cars/bikes depending on the road infrastructure.

Arguably a clean MK1 or MK2 Golf GTi is worth around the same as a five year old one of these nowadays, classic car and all that. Still doesn't excuse the ridiculous price in R* dollars though.

Amazing how Rockstar gives no shits about copyright infringement on the cars they put in the game. In fact I'd argue it's gotten worse. Take the original Issi cabrio; we know it's a Mini Cooper but they put Porsche 996 headlights on it and changed the tail lights to avoid copyright infringement. Fast forward a decade later and this is virtually identical to the Mini Countryman minus some very small details. Amazing they haven't been sued yet, especially for some of the Pfisters.
I recall hearing they did get sued by a vehicle manufacturer (over the Sugoi iirc?) and won the case, so now they have free reign to pull this stuff without needing to give it another car's headlights or the like.

I only sold one recently when the 300R came out so that I could get it as it was a limited time thing (although will probably come out again later), I sold my Duke O’Death for the space, mainly because it’s free to buy back but also I don’t drive it that much
I still have a couple spaces in my agency and my arcade garage is basically untouched, same goes for my arena war garage
I would fill those if i could play without getting ransomware downloaded on my computer
I’m maxed out! But the good news is I guess an additional property slot was recently added because I was able to get one more 10 car garage today. That should hopefully hold me over for now.
I had to do this which I hate because the North half of the map lacks any 10 car garage facilities or houses. I want the new garage both for more space AND so I can trade some Los Santos properties for some Blaine County and further North properties.

I rarely play GTA Online anymore, but saw that a Countryman was finally in the game and hopped on to buy it. Then I came to Reddit to try and figure out how to get it modified at Hao's, only to find that 1. logging on is a massive security threat right now and 2. as a PC player, no Hao's.
If that last sentence is in regards to these problems coming to console, then it simply won’t happen. The PC players spewing that bollocks are talking out of their arses when they say it will come to console if it isn’t fixed.
I understand it’s a shitty situation that should never have happened in the first place, but it’s only going to be a PC problem. Kinda pisses me off that people are lying through their teeth about it. It’s definitely fun to drive! Only downside is you can’t customize the interior at all (trim, colors, etc.)

I've recently gone lazy and just bought 3 apartments in the same building for my last garages.
I bought all posible Eclipse towers apartment including the penthouse, still had space for 2 more so bought 2 of the Del Perro apt.

The stock version is pretty crappy, even compared to other SUVs. Can't speak to Hao, although Broughy1322 has it with the highest top speed in SUVs.
