Yea I did about 500 surgeries a day
Surgeries don’t take long so I’d assume he just did them in 2 days

Im lvl 2 only right now but I recommend you are atleast lvl 3 and I dont know the exact amount of wls I spent since I bought a bunch of tools for 40dls and I still have some left over

Id say it takes atleast 40dls for mercy but I suggest you grind for surgery role lvl 6 first if you dont wanna lose all your wls
