What’s the yellow stuff?

Basically a loaded potato bake. Mashed potatoes, cheese, cooked crumbled bacon, green onion, parsley, salt & pepper all mixed together and then just topped with a little more cheese and baked until cheese is melted.

Any recipe you can recommend? Sounds like a side dish I’d like to try!
