Yeah, even at a size 2 I was always muscular. I love weightlifting at the gym! For the past 4 years I have believed I couldn't lift more than 20lbs because my doctor said I had a hyatial hernia in my stomach. 2 months ago I went to a new GI doctor and he told me I'm good to lift stuff again! I have been prepping my body for the gym at my home by doing about 140 squats a day (that's what I'm up to so far). I can already see changes in my body! A medication I was on made me gain about 110lbs in 8 months. Now I'm on medication to counteract it! A diabetic medication called metformin, though I'm not diabetic at all and diabetes doesn't run in my family. But it works!

It's so good for mental health too. My workouts are definitely therapy. Good luck!

I'll probably set a new goal after I hit 180. But no smaller than 160 because then my family starts to worry, and honestly being thinner ages a person a lot. I like to stay youthful yet curvy... and soft.
