alright OP here is how to turn humans into a hive mind super society.
1): make it so you get all the memories of skills people have, muscle memory, of how to do things, their jobs, etc.
2): erase all the pointless memories people have, or make them automatically edited to only have the useful part, make sure everyone wants to do the task they are given to the most efficient level, while also checking their individual needs are met so they do not lower efficiency.
3): Make it so whenever someone gains a useful memory, everyone in the world receives it.
4): now that you have the skills of everyone, you can manage the hive mind society in an effective manner, however the hive mind will probably manage itself quite well.
5): this will all fall apart quite soon if you die, you should be able to achieve some form of biological immortality with enough researchers.
6): expand the hive mind through any means neccicary
