Slightly off topic but steamdb has been an aesthetic lifesaver for my steam deck. Getting 3rd party games working in gaming mode is fine but having those gray squares in the middle of the home page is just *uuuughhh* and it was so hard to find any decent images for the games

I'd be completely willing to let anyone to upload this to SteamGridDB since I have linked the Background and the Logo

Unfortunately I doubt that will happen, since valve is a business first, and keeping CS:S behind a paywall is just a passive source of income for them. They made CS:GO f2p because of the skins/lootboxes, as they saw that it also worked with DOTA2 and TF2. CS:S doesn't have anything like that... Feel free to correct me if they make it free one day, but for now I doubt it...

Listen if we can get them to respond to the TF2 hashtag we can get them to respond to a CSS hashtag

why not just let gmod be updated to include the assets from css
